Here is a copy of Swim England's safeguarding policy - Wavepower. The document is free to download but is rather large so it is best to consult it on-line, this also ensures you are reviewing the most up-to-date document.

There is lots of great information about how to safeguard yourself and your swimmers - it's not just applicable to your club, but in any setting.
