Our Staff


All of our teaching and coaching staff hold relevant qualifications. 


We believe in investing in our staff and they are continually challenged to improve their session delivery. 


The programme is headed by Shelley, a Swim England Tutor and Advanced Practitioner (she trains the tutors) and our Lead Tutor is Hadley, he is a Swim England Tutor (he trains the teachers) so all of the staff have access to current swim education methodology. 


Every teacher is committed to keeping their knowledge up to date and completes regular continual professional development.  HALF Fish in the Community partners with Autism Swim as a specialist centre for autism swim support and Aquasensory for pre-school swimming development.
