Terms & Conditions of Bookings for Courses

These terms and conditions are set to avoid any misunderstandings between HALF Fish Training and the client. Written or  e-mailed confirmation of the booking form agrees acceptance of these terms and conditions. The expression “Client” refers to the individual or company making the booking.

Confirmation

All enquiries for training must be formally requested by completion of a HALF Fish Training booking form. Once the request has been received confirmation will be made by writing either by post or email. Bookings are not confirmed until this has been received by the client. Where a request cannot be fulfilled alternative arrangements may be offered. Course instructions will be forwarded to the client 1 week prior to the course start date.

Payments

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your booking, if the fee has not accompanied the booking form; the total fee is to be paid 28 days from the date of the invoice or 14 days prior to the course start date, whichever is soonest, unless a prior agreement has been made with HALF Fish Training. Payment methods include Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer, details of which will be provided on the invoice.

HALF Fish Training reserve the right not to conduct training where an invoice has not been settled before the course begins.

In the event of fewer students attending a course than had been booked, the client will be charged for the class size rate they originally requested (unless previously agreed in writing).

Where training is conducted at a client’s own venue travel/accommodation expenses may apply and will agreed at time of booking. Mileage will be charged at 45p per return mile and detailed on quote. Mileage is calculated using A.A Route Planner. Accommodation will be charged at £75 per night.

Conduct
